FREMAA, Assam Recruitment 2020: The Flood and River Erosion Management Agency of Assam (FREMAA) 2020 has recently invited application for the Vacancy of Specialist post.

FREMAA, Assam Recruitment Details:

1. Name of the post:

Communications Specialist

Eligibility Criteria:

Post Graduate Degree from a recognized institution in Communications, Development Communications, Mass Communications or Journalism; Social work or Sociology with a minimum of 60% marks.
Minimum five (05) or more years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, development communications or journalism with 2-3 years or more experience working with multi-lateral agencies/projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English, Assamese and Hindi.

Remuneration:

Rs 70,000/-to Rs 80,000/-per month (inclusive of local taxes) and will be fixed during negotiations. TA/DA and other allowances admissible as per FREMAA norms

Age Limit:

The Candidate should not be above 45 years as on the last date of this advertisement.

2. Name of the post:

Procurement Specialist

Eligibility Criteria:

(i) B.E. / B.Sc. in civil engineering or Master’s in Procurement/Supply Chain Management/ Law/Business Administration or other relevant subjects like Economics/Accounting/Finance. Candidates having advanced academic/professional qualification in procurement will be an added advantage.

(ii) General Experience:

A minimum of 10 (ten) years of general experience in Public Procurement and/or project management;

(iii) Specific Experience:

Experience in procurements following World Bank’s or other Multilateral Development Banks’ Procurement Guidelines.

Remuneration:

Rs 1,00,000/- to Rs 1,20,000/- per month (inclusive of local taxes) and will be fixed during negotiations. TA/DA and other allowances admissible as per FREMAA norms.

Age Limit:

The Candidate should not be above 50 years as on the last date of this advertisement.

3. Name of the post:

Environmental Specialist

Eligibility Criteria:

(1) Master’s/Post Graduate Degree in Environmental Planning/ Environmental Engineering/ Environmental Sciences or other technical disciplines like Civil Engineering/ Natural Resources/ Forestry/ Bio Sciences/ Chemical Management.

Experience:

(2) Minimum ten (10) years in the area of conducting ESIA, environment modelling & preparing Environmental Management plans for infrastructure projects, including at least one flood/erosion management related project.
(3) At least five (05) years experience of working as environmental official/expert for water and flood/erosion management related infrastructure and investment projects.

Remuneration:

Rs 1,00,000/- to Rs 1,20,000/- per month (inclusive of local taxes) and will be fixed during negotiations. TA/DA and other allowances admissible as per FREMAA norms.

Age Limit:

The Candidate should not be above 50 years as on the last date of this advertisement.

4. Name of the post:

Finance Management Specialist

Eligibility Criteria:

A qualified Chartered Accountant having at least 6 years of experience OR a candidate with a MBA in Finance OR a Master degree in Commerce from a recognised university with at least 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management. Experience of at least 2-3 years in externally aided project is required with a proven track record in conducting financial management tasks. Knowledge of TALLY and other computerized accounting packages is required.

Remuneration:

Rs 70,000/- to Rs 80,000/- per month (inclusive of local taxes) and will be fixed during negotiations. TA/DA and Allowances admissible as per FREMAA norms.

Age Limit:

The Candidate should not be above 45 years as on the last date of this advertisement.
