• Administrative Officer

Scale of pay: 

• Pay Band-3 of Rs. 22,000/- – Rs. 87,000/- & Grade Pay Rs. 11,500/- per month plus other allowances as admissible under Rule.

Eligibility Criteria: 

• The applicant must (a) have served at least 15 years in any Amalgamated Establishment of the Deputy Commissioner having the experience of working in different Branches in General and in Establishment Branch in particular and (b) must possess a Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University of India.

2. Name of the Post:

• Head Assistant

Number of Vacancy: 

• 1

Scale of pay: 

• Pay Band-3 of Rs. 22,000/- – Rs. 87,000/- & Grade Pay Rs. 10,300/- per month plus other allowances as admissible under Rule

Eligibility Criteria: 

• The candidates must have worked at least 10 ( ten) years in continuous service as Senior Assistant including Supervisory Assistant in any of the Deputy Commissioner’s Amalgamated Establishment in the state of Assam

• Candidates should submit applications (in Standard Form of application as published in Assam Gazette Part-IX) clearly stating Age, Educational Qualification, Present and Permanent Address, Experience of working in different Branches supported by attested copies of Certificates, a Copy of Recent Passport Size Photograph along with Annual Confidential Reports of last 5 (five) years which should reach the Deputy Commissioner, Tinsukia on or before 1st February 2021.

Head Assistant: 

• Candidates should submit applications (in Standard Form of application as published in Assam Gazette Part-IX) clearly stating Age, Educational Qualification, Present and Permanent Address, Experience of working in different Branches with period of incumbency in each Branch supported by attested copies of Certificates/ Orders etc. , a Copy of Recent Passport Size Photograph along with Annual Confidential Reports of last 5 (five) years which should reach the Deputy Commissioner, Tinsukia on or before 1st February 2021.
