Eligibility Criteria of PHE Jorhat Recruitment

Educational Qualification:

Driver (Grade-III) Heavy: Applicant must read up to Class X and must have valid H.M.V Driving License issued by the District Transport Authority, Govt. of Assam

Driver (Grade-III) Light: Applicant must read up to Class X and must have valid L.M.V Driving License issued by the District Transport Authority, Govt. of Assam

Age Limit:

Age of the candidate shall not be less than 18 years and and not more than 40 years of age as on 1st Day of January ,2021. In case of SC / ST(P) / ST(H) candidates upper age is relaxable as per Govt. rule in force .

➢ The candidates having the requisite qualification for the post as mentioned above may apply in Standard Form along with self-attested Xerox copies of the following documents etc. in a closed envelope addressed to he Executive Engineer (PHE), Jorhat Division, Jorhat and submit in the Drop Box in the Divisions office up to 3 PM on 06.02.2021.

I. Passport size coloured photograph: 2 (Two) nos. with signature of the candidate to be given on back side
II. Proof of Age: Birth Certificate from competent authority on School Certificates from Govt. Recognized School
III. Heavy and Light valid Driving License for both drivers ( whichever applicable)
IV. Valid Employment Exchange Registration Certificate from the Employment Exchange, Jorhat District, Jorhat
V. Voter Card or Aadhar Card
VI. Caste Certificate ( whichever applicable)
VII. 1 (one) no. of self address envelope ( 12 cm X 27 cm) with proper amount of stamp.
