• Manager (Finance): Pay Matrix Level-11 of 7th CPC
• Manager (Legal): Pay Matrix Level-11 of 7th CPC
• Assistant Manager (HR): Pay Matrix Level-8 of 7th CPC
• Junior Manager (HR): Pay Matrix Level-6 of 7th CPC
• Junior Manager (Legal): Pay Matrix Level-6 of 7th CPC
• Junior Manager (Rajbhasha): Pay Matrix Level-6 of 7th CPC

Educational Qualification:

• General Manager (T/P): Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.
• Deputy General Manager (T/P): Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.
• Deputy General Manager (Finance): Degree  from a recognized University or Institute AND having passed Final Exam of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India OR Final Exam of the Institute of Cost & Work Accountants of India OR Degree in Business Management with Finance as the major subject OR Member of any organized Accounts Service of the Central Government.
• Manager (T/P): Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.
• Manager (Finance): Degree  from a recognized University or Institute AND having passed Intermediate level of examination of Chartered Accountancy OR Intermediate level of examination of Cost & Work Accountancy OR SAS Examination of the Indian Audits and Accounts Service or equivalent examinations for Civil Accounts, Defence Accounts Service etc.
• Manager (Legal): Degree in Law from a recognized University.
• Assistant Manager (HR): Degree from a recognized University or Institute.
• Junior Manager (HR): Degree from a recognized University or Institute.
• Junior Manager (Legal): Degree in Law from a recognized University.
• Junior Manager (Rajbhasha): Degree from a recognized University or Institute.
